The holiday home for 34 persons has six bathrooms and 17 bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and 15 double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two DVD players, two heathers, five televisions, five fireplaces and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden, a swimming pool, a terrace and a billiard and there are two balconies or terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a toilet, six washbasins and three baths.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a convection microwave, a dishwasher, a microwave and a stove.

Please note that the final cleaning fee (€350) is no longer included in the rental price and will be deducted from the cash deposit (€1,000) provided by guests. The remaining deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure. Additionally, the sauna is no longer available at the property.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
