The holiday home for 14 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with two bunk beds and five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden, a table tennis table, an air conditioner, a bicycle parking, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture and a football table and there are two terraces. The badroom is equipped with three showers, four toilets and four washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, a stovetop and an oven.

A pellet stove adds cozy warmth on chilly days, while air conditioners upstairs and downstairs keep everyone comfortable year-round. The house sleeps 14 guests across six bedrooms, including a mix of double and bunk beds, some with private washbasins or bathrooms. On the ground floor, there’s a bedroom, bathroom, and two toilets, along with a practical utility area with washer, dryer, and ironing facilities. Chromecast allows streaming from your own providers, as there is no TV package.

Outside, there is plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Children can run between the playground, man cave, and pétanque court, while adults can enjoy the volleyball court, riverside fun, or relaxing evenings around the fire bowl on the terrace. Just a kilometer away, Domaine de Palogne offers hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, mini-golf, and more. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
