The holiday home for 32 persons has ten bathrooms and 12 bedrooms and is equipped with nine bunk beds, five double beds and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a fireplace, two DVD players, a TV and a heater. In addition there is a billiard, a garden, a table tennis table, a barbecue, a jacuzzi and a football table. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with ten showers, ten washbasins, two toilets and two baths.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and there are two cots and three high chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, a microwave and an oven.

Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 350,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
