The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with five heaters, a stereo and a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace and a sauna and there are six air conditioners, two billiards and two football tables. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, two showers, three toilets and four washbasins.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a freezer and a fridge.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, two dishwashers and a coffee maker.

The first floor offers a comfortable bedroom and two stylish bathrooms: one with double washbasin, walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer, and one with bathtub, walk-in shower, double washbasin and toilet, plus an additional separate toilet. On the second floor there are four additional bedrooms, ensuring plenty of privacy for everyone.

All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, underfloor heating and air conditioning, guaranteeing optimal comfort in every season. On the mezzanine level you will find a cosy recreation room with seating area, stereo system, table football, darts, billiards and board games – perfect for long, enjoyable evenings together. Outside, you can relax in the large garden with spacious terrace, barrel sauna, gas BBQ and comfortable lounge set. There is ample private parking, a baby cot is available and the beds are made upon arrival so your holiday can start immediately.

The location is another major asset. Enjoy a beautiful walk along the Ninglinspo, discover Les Fonds de Quarreux or visit the impressive Remouchamps Caves. Families will love Wild World Safari Park. Within 30 minutes’ drive you reach the world-famous Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps and the Waterfalls of Coo. The charming town of Durbuy is also nearby. Here you stay in the heart of the Ardennes, with nature, adventure and relaxation within easy reach.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
