General

The holiday home for 30 persons has nine bathrooms and ten bedrooms and is equipped with four bunk beds, 20 single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with two CD players, a heather, a fireplace, an infrared sauna, two DVD players, a TV and a stereo. In addition there is a garden, a billiard, a football table, a barbecue, a sauna, a terrace, a table tennis table and a set of garden furniture and there are two elevators. You can park your car on six parking lots. The badroom is equipped with seven toilets, nine washbasins, 11 showers and a Turkish steam bath.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, two fridge-freezers and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and there are two high chairs and two cots.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a stove and a coffee maker.

Unwind in this spacious converted farmhouse in Möderscheid, near Bütgenbach and Malmedy, known for its folklore. With 10 bedrooms and space for up to 30 guests, it’s an ideal holiday home for families and groups exploring the Belgian Eifel.

Enjoy the wellness area with a traditional wooden sauna, Turkish steam bath, and infrared cabin. The cosy living room with fireplace, private terrace with barbecue, and large garden offer plenty of space to relax and spend time together.

A recreation room with table tennis, table football, and billiards provides entertainment, while children can enjoy the playground. The house is also suitable for guests with reduced mobility, with accessible passage from the lower level (-1) to the ground floor.

On-site parking is available, as well as an 11 kW EV charging station. The charger is activated with a badge provided on site, and charging costs are billed together with the general electricity consumption.

Explore scenic cycling routes, visit nearby Bütgenbach Lake, and enjoy easy access to Amel, St. Vith, and Eupen. Charming nearby towns offer restaurants and nightlife, while activities such as go-karting are also within easy reach.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
