The 2 wellness rooms are located in the former barns and are a great place to unwind in any season. No other guests are present and you can enjoy unlimited time here.

The holiday home is comfortably furnished and is located next to the wellness area. The garden is a popular place to enjoy a good glass of wine and, when the weather is nice, you can cook in the outdoor kitchen. You would almost forget to explore the area! The Flemish Ardennes has a gently sloping landscape where you can make beautiful walks and cycling trips.

- In the village, around 1.5km away, you can visit the bakery, butcher, small supermarket, snack bar and pharmacy. In Zottegem (approx. 5km) or Brakel (approx. 6km) there are large supermarkets.
- Zottegem is the Gateway to the Flemish Ardennes, also called Egmont City, home of Count Egmont. Museum the Egmont Room, the castle and its crypt under the church recall the 16th-century count, who was beheaded on the Brussels Grand Place.
- Domain Breiveld with an English romantic garden and a castle with restaurant. A lovely place for a stroll.
- Archocentre Velzeke where you go back to the history of pre-history, the Romans and the Merovingian era. There was once a Gallo-Roman settlement on this site. Admire the archaeological finds in the depot and take part in the hands-on activities.
- Zwalmolen, an old water mill restored to its former glory. Visit and learn about its history, water power and techniques.
- Oudenaarde is a beautiful historic town and is about 25 minutes away. This art city has, among other things, the late-Gothic town hall with its cloth hall and a wonderful collection of Oudenaarde silver, the beguinage, the tapestry museum and over 100 other listed monuments and houses.
- Ghent is approximately a 30-minute drive away (Ghent Festivities in July)

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
