The holiday home for 40 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with six triple bunk beds, ten single beds and 16 bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with an elevator and two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with six showers, eight toilets and seven washbasins.

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a stovetop, a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee maker.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house We embrace the spirit of community and shared experiences; however, our property must be enjoyed with respect and consideration for others. We strictly prohibit parties or disruptive behaviour. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
