The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a heater, a fireplace, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a garden, a trampoline, a set of garden furniture, a patio, a terrace, a bicycle parking, a sandbox, a football table and a billiard and there are two air conditioners. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a bath or shower, a washbasin, two showers, a hairdryer and a bath.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, a playground equipment and a playpen and there are two high chairs and two cots.

Animals

Especially for animals there is a dog basket.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave and an oven.

This 3-bedroom holiday home, located in a wooded nature reserve in Oud-Turnhout, is an oasis of tranquillity for up to 5 guests. Ideal for families, hikers, cyclists and animal lovers. The house has two terraces, an enclosed garden, a trampoline, a sandpit and playground equipment, perfect for children to enjoy the outdoors. The cosy living and dining room has a cosy pellet stove (pellets provided) and wood-burning stove for cold days. In summer, you can cool off thanks to the air conditioning. The chalet has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and espresso machine, among other things. After a day full of adventure, you can relax in the bathtub or take a refreshing shower. The cosy chalet is within walking distance of numerous nature reserves. In Oud-Turnhout, there are opportunities for dining, drinking and shopping. The centre of Turnhout is also nearby, where you can enjoy the terraces on the Grote Markt and go shopping, visit museums and eat out. You can also enjoy a day full of action at Bobbejaanland amusement park or visit the city of Tilburg. A cot and high chair are available and 2 pets are welcome. Please note:
- Barbecues and open fires are not permitted in the nature reserve.
- The pellet stove works from October to April.
- Excessive energy consumption may be charged.
- Excessive water consumption may be charged.

Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
