The ground floor bedroom features a double bed and television, while a second double bed is located in the cosy sleeping loft, accessible by ladder.

The modern bathroom includes a shower, toilet and washbasin, while the spacious veranda creates the perfect setting for relaxing outdoors, enjoying meals or soaking up the peaceful surroundings. Free Wi-Fi and parking for one car are available. Please note that the accommodation has no heating, making it particularly suited to warmer-season stays. After departure, the property will be inspected, and the deposit will generally be refunded within approximately three weeks, provided there are no damages, missing items, or disturbances. A higher deposit may apply during major events and festivals.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
