The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed, two single folding beds and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a hairdryer and a shower.

The holiday home has three washing machines, a freezer, a tumble dryer and a fridge.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker.

Detailed information

Our holiday apartment was completed in December 2009. It is located in a separate building featuring modern Vorarlberg-style wooden architecture.

Everything is made of solid wood, either untreated or oiled/waxed. The entire apartment is furnished to a high standard, with premium mattresses and slatted bed bases, light down comforters, and Mako satin bed linens.

In addition to the bathroom, there are three rooms: a combined living room and kitchen with a TV, a bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with two high-quality fold-down beds and a leather sofa. The 50 m² apartment is suitable for 2 to 5 people.

A wooden crib with fine linens, a Stokke highchair, coloring materials, children's books, and games are provided free of charge.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
