Elegant, large flat with south-facing balcony in Oberlech -direkt acces to the ski runs- Ski in and out! Direct access to the slopes. On skis from and to the flat, very good hotels and restaurants in the immediate vicinity

The flat is elegantly and modernly furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped, Nespresso machine etct. and has a large, south-facing balcony. There are only 7 flats in the private flat block, most of which are used exclusively by the owners at weekends. In the immediate vicinity there are very good restaurants with 4 and 5 star hotels with corresponding restaurants, which can all be reached on foot within 5 minutes. The Oberlech mountain railway runs daily until 1 a.m. and is 3 minutes away from the flat. You can strap on your skis and reach all the ski lifts from Lech and Zürs to Warth and St. Anton from the house. There is a separate room for skis and ski boots in the entrance area. In summer, a new 9-hole golf course and marvellous hiking routes with large, designated biking trails await you. Crystal clear waters await fly fishermen. You are staying in a place where famous film stars and politicians spend their holidays!

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
