Our modern hillside house is located in an idyllic, quiet, and well-maintained residential area on the Pfänder mountain slope. Walking and hiking trails pass right by the house. Our vacation apartment is a true haven, offering everything you could wish for in 58 square meters of living space, including a private garden, parking, and bicycle storage.

The freely accessible shores of Lake Constance, a well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails, the Lindau thermal baths (a 10-minute drive away), excellent public transportation, numerous music and cultural events, and the breathtaking landscape of mountains and lake guarantee an unforgettable vacation!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
