General

The holiday home for 12 persons has six bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with seven double beds and five bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. From the living room, you can step out onto the sunny terrace with stunning mountain views.

Four high-quality bedrooms, each with a TV and safe, and three modern bathrooms provide ample space. Some bedrooms have a balcony. After hiking, mountain biking or skiing, the Finnish sauna in the private wellness area is the perfect place to unwind. A communal ski room and a private drying room with a washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.
Breakfast and dinner are available at the neighbouring hotel for a fee, as is a bread roll service; please note that the hotel may be partially closed during the off-season. Gaschurn offers a wide range of outdoor activities all year round and direct access to the Silvretta Montafon ski area. Additional costs may apply for final cleaning if the property is not left in a clean and tidy condition (50 euros), waste disposal (30 euros), barbecue gas (15 euros), barbecue cleaning (35 euros), an 8-litre beer keg (42 euros) and electric car charging up to 70 kWh (36 euros per charge).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
