Large, beautiful chalet with 3 double bedrooms (box-spring beds) and 3 bathrooms (one with an infrared sauna).

Tastefully furnished living room with panoramic windows, fireplace, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and spacious dining area. The chalet features satellite TV in all bedrooms and the living room, and free Wi-Fi.

The veranda and garden are fully fenced, and there is parking at the chalet. A ski room with boot dryers is also available.

Just a 3-minute ride on the free ski bus to the Silvretta Montafon ski area. The bus stop is 20 meters away. Access is easy and always possible without snow chains.

Winter: Minimum stay 7 nights

Shorter stays of 4 nights or more are possible upon request during the off-season.

Summer: Minimum stay 3 nights

Pets are welcome and stay free of charge.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
