The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player, a TV, three radios, three heaters, a heater and a stereo. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, a hairdryer and a shower.

The holiday home has two tumble dryers, a freezer and a fridge.

Especially for (young) children, there are two cots.

Detailed information

We live in a cozy wooden house. The vacation apartment is located on the first floor and features a fully equipped kitchen/living room, two double bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a separate toilet, and a hallway. A spacious boot room with a heated boot room is available on the ground floor.

The house was newly built in 2007. We put a lot of the work into it ourselves and are very proud of our home. Some of the furniture in the vacation apartment was even handcrafted by our own carpenters.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
