General

The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an elevator, a balcony and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, two washbasins, a shower, a bath with shower and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has two garages, a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, a stove and a dishwasher.

A family-run apartment block with two spacious, cosy holiday flats set amidst stunning natural surroundings (442 metres above sea level). The well-tended garden with a sunbathing lawn is the perfect place to relax and enjoy carefree moments with the family. Enjoy the first rays of sunshine over a hearty breakfast on the balcony or the roof terrace, with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains.

Just 900 metres away lies Austria’s warmest swimming lake, with drinking-water quality, set in a unique mountain landscape. St. Kanzian on Lake Klopein in Southern Carinthia, with a lake length of 1.8 km and a width of 800 metres, offers ideal conditions for swimming and active holidays. Discover the region on walks, cycle rides along the River Drau or around the lakes, as well as on a mountain bike.

The beaches of Lake Klopeiner See are perfect for relaxing and swimming. In summer, the lake reaches a temperature of around 28 °C and boasts drinking-water quality. Divers also appreciate the clear spring water, with visibility of up to 15 metres. Anglers require a fishing licence; the landlord will be happy to provide recommendations. The newly designed lakeside promenade is ideal for a leisurely stroll, whilst lakeside festivals provide entertainment. A cycle and walking path runs right past the house, and Nordic walking is also possible. From May to September, guided cycling, walking and Nordic walking tours are available. Several mountain huts serve typical Carinthian cuisine and invite you to linger with their traditional hospitality.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
