The Martha holiday apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for longer stays, and promises a cozy atmosphere for families. There is a combined living and sleeping area for the whole family, as well as a separate smaller bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower. The apartment has two toilets. Amenities include a washing machine with clothesline, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, an egg cooker, a kettle, and a coffee machine.

To ensure a perfect holiday experience, towels, bed linen, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap are provided.

The host is always available to answer any questions about the apartment and provide tips for excursions.

For sustainable travel, the "Tumpen Gasthof Acherkogel" bus stop for bus lines 320 and 320X is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. There are direct bus connections to Sölden, Längenfeld, Umhausen, Ötz, Ötztal Bahnhof (with train connections), and to the district capital, Imst.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
