This floor also includes two bathrooms and a double bedroom. The lower ground floor contains a double bedroom with access to the terrace, a triple bedroom, and a twin bedroom. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV. A ski storage room with a ski boot dryer and parking spaces are located directly at the house. Additionally, there is a small private football pitch and an in-ground trampoline right next to the property.
