The holiday home for 11 persons has two bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with five single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with seven televisions and an infrared sauna (private). In addition there is a garden, a terrace, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture and there are two balconies. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, three toilets, a hairdryer, two showers and a bath.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer, a fridge, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stovetop, an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

In a quiet location in Fügen, this spacious, newly renovated holiday home awaits you with magnificent views of the Spieljoch, Hochzillertal, and Hamberg mountains. The accommodation is perfect for larger groups and families who want to enjoy their summer or winter holidays in the Tyrolean Alps.

In winter, the ski bus stop for the Spieljoch, Hochfügen, and Hochzillertal ski areas is just a short walk away. In summer, cyclists especially benefit from the ideal location right next to the popular Zillertal Cycle Path.

The house has been completely renovated and furnished in a modern style. Some bedrooms feature comfortable box-spring beds, and bed linen is, of course, included. Both the living room and bedrooms are equipped with TVs.

Several balconies and a garden with seating, a parasol, and a barbecue area invite you to relax and unwind. Ample parking is available directly at the house, and a garage is also available in summer.

For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a ski room with a ski boot dryer, which can also be conveniently used as a bicycle storage room in summer.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
