Large kitchen-/living room (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with 1 double sofabed, dining table and tiled stove. Exit to the balcony, west facing position. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Underfloor heating. Wooden floors. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. Marvellous view of the lake and the mountains. Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, no lift.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
