The holiday home for 32 persons has two bathrooms and 11 bedrooms and is equipped with 11 double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two radios, two CD players, a heather and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace and a garden and there are two balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with two showers and two baths.

The holiday home has a fridge and a freezer.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee maker.

Detailed information

The self-catering house, equipped with a large kitchen, also has two living rooms. This allows us to rent out "half the house" to smaller groups during the summer and autumn.

Spread over three floors, the holiday home offers ample space for larger groups. The 11 bedrooms are furnished with varying numbers of beds. Guests must bring their own bed linens, pillowcases, and sleeping bags. These can also be borrowed from the caretaker if needed.

Prices are always quoted for a weekend (Friday from 1:00 pm to Sunday at 6:00 pm). For inquiries outside of weekends (e.g., Monday to Wednesday), we would be happy to provide you with a customized quote; we look forward to your inquiry.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
