The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a radio. In addition there is a terrace, a balcony, a garden and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer.

The cozy Roßweidhütte is located in a quiet and wonderful panoramic location with a fenced garden adjacent to the listed farm from the 17th century. The landlords have converted a former "Zuhäusl", which was used as a stable for sheep, into a cozy hut with a special flair.
This cozy cabin can accommodate 4 people. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired; the dining table with benches next door is ideal for enjoying delicious meals together. A wood stove including firewood and infrared panels ensures the ideal room temperature. There are 2 cozy beds under the roof, which can be reached via a ladder. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed.
In the fenced garden there are numerous wonderful seating areas waiting for you, as well as a fire pit and a grill grate.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
