Open kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower, sep. WC. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only.
Very modern 2-family house "Haus Sonja", detached, built in 2022. In the resort Ginzling, 9 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: garden (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 9 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Ginzling Naturparkhaus" 250 m, railway station "Mayrhofen Bahnhof" 5.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 200 m, ski bus stop 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Zillertal 3000 9 km, Zillertal Arena 19 km, Hintertuxer Gletscher 23 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schlegeis Stausee 12 km.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
