"Luxner", 3-room apartment 45 m2, on the ground floor. Object suitable for 3 adults + 2 children. Rustic furnishings: 1 room with 1 sofabed and 1 double bed. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 180 cm). Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table, 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Oil heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

House "Luxner". 4 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 10 km from the centre of Fügen, 17 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 300 m from the skiing area, south facing position. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. 4 km long narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
