Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
Navis: Modern, comfortable apartment block "Naviser Hütte", 1'785 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, renovated in 2024, surrounded by trees and meadows. Outside the resort, 5 km from the centre of Navis, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, in the woods. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, children's playground (swing). In the house: restaurant, drying room, ski boot dryer. Available: sledges (10). 3 km long bumpy motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking at the house. Grocery 4.5 km, restaurant 4.2 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station "Matrei" 12 km. Hiking paths: 5 Almen Runde Naviser Tal 10 m. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
