General

The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double sofa bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV, a heater and an infrared sauna (private). In addition there is a balcony or terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge-freezer and a tumble dryer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Bicycle path directly by the house, hiking trail (20 m) in the Grossglockner area; Hohe Tauern National Park. The ideal starting point for easy hikes or alpine challenges up to over 3,000 meters.

Explore nature on foot, by bike, or on horseback. You can book a mountain or hiking guide and the diverse national park programs, as well as mountain and e-bikes, Nordic walking equipment, or riding lessons at the nearby riding arena directly at the resort.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
