General

The holiday home for 10 persons has a bathroom and four bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and two heathers. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a bath, two washbasins and a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, a stove and a dishwasher.

This over 200-year-old farmhouse in Breitenbach am Inn combines traditional Tyrolean flair with modern design and comfort – lovingly renovated by the owner, a sculptor who grew up here himself. With approximately 300m² of space, the house offers space for families and groups. The rustic, very clean accommodations exude a wonderful pine scent. Antique furniture, a tiled stove, a modern pellet stove, and stylish details create a special atmosphere.

The bedrooms are spacious (20–25m²), one on the ground floor and three upstairs. Bed linen and towels are provided. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a wood-burning stove and modern appliances, and a large corner bench invites guests to sit together. There is a bathroom, a separate toilet, a laundry room with a washing machine, and Wi-Fi. The fenced garden is ideal for guests with dogs, and a playground ensures children's enjoyment. Parking is right in front of the house.

The Alpbachtal Card is included free of charge and offers many benefits, such as free admission to swimming lakes and museums, as well as discounts at ski resorts. Ski enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy in the Wilder Kaiser ski area or the Alpbachtal ski jewel.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
