General

The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with an infrared sauna and three televisions. In addition there is a football table, a table tennis table and a sauna and there are two balconies. You can park your car on three parkings. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and three showers.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a fridge.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot (incl. beddengoed).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

This apartment accommodates 12 people with 5 spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The large living & dining area invites you to relax and spend time together. Located 100 meters from 2 gondola stations, you are right in the center of the SkiWelt – unlimited skiing fun in all directions is guaranteed. In summer, the swimming pool with bathing lake (200 meters away) offers a refreshing escape. Relax in the in-house wellness area and feel free to bring your dog along.

In summer, crystal-clear mountain lakes, marked hiking trails and traditional alpine huts invite you to relax. Enjoy local specialties like Kaiserschmarrn or Tiroler Gröstl on a sunny terrace.

Brixen also features a swimming pool with bathing lake – just 8 minutes on foot from your apartment, right on the cycle path. A playground, Kneipp pool, beach volleyball court, table tennis, and a restaurant with a kiosk await you.

In winter, Brixen becomes a hotspot for winter sports. Located in the heart of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental, you’ll find over 280 km of slopes, toboggan runs and snowshoe trails through a snowy alpine landscape.
