Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. 1 small room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. With sloping ceilings kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with 1 double sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV. Bath/shower, sep. WC. Heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. One dog is welcome to the owners during the summer season. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the winter season. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

In the district of Penningberg 5 km from the centre of Hopfgarten, 22 km from the centre of Kitzbühel, 12 km from the centre of Wörgl, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 5 km from the lake, 7 km from the skiing area, south-east facing position. For shared use: property. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schwarzsee bei Kitzbühel, Achensee. Hiking paths: Kitzbüheler Alpen, Hohe Salve, Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The Entalhof is a small, active organic farm. The energy for the entire farm is generated sustainably via solar/photovoltaic systems and wood.

There is a lake/open water less than 5 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing and your holiday home's surroundings features golfing. You can also relax, because near Entalhof (HGT300) in Kitzbühel you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
