Chalet Hohe Salve

General

The holiday home for 11 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds, three single beds, a single folding bed and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a balcony, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a bicycle parking and a sauna. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with two showers, three washbasins and two toilets.

The holiday home has a garage, a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there are two cots and two high chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee maker.

This beautiful, detached chalet for up to 11 people is located in Hopfgarten im Brixental in Tyrol, nestled in the mountains at an altitude of 1,030 meters, and offers breathtaking views of the Kitzbühel Alps.

The chalet features a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, four large bedrooms (one with an additional single bed), and two modern bathrooms. Parking is available in the underground garage, which also includes a ski storage room. The chalet also boasts a lovely garden with a terrace and a sauna with stunning views of the valley. After an active day in the mountains, this is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and leave everyday life behind. The sauna can be used free of charge twice a week.

Hopfgarten im Brixental, with its impressive panoramic views of the Hohe Salve mountain, is one of the sunniest spots in the Kitzbühel Alps and offers numerous hiking and biking trails as well as excursion destinations in the diverse Tyrolean mountain landscape. The panoramic Hohe Salve mountains are connected to the Wilder Kaiser mountaineering and winter sports paradise.

The SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area in Hopfgarten im Brixental boasts 90 lifts, over 70 mountain huts, several leisure parks, ski film trails, and, together with the neighboring KitzSki ski area, offers a total of over 500 kilometers of slopes.

Please note, especially in winter, that the last 3 km to the hut are via a steep, paved mountain road where snow chains are required.

An outdoor sauna is available from late June/early July.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
