The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio and four televisions. In addition there is a barbecue, a bicycle parking and a jacuzzi and there are two balconies. You can park your car on two parkings. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, two showers, three washbasins, a bath with shower and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a fridge, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The chalet has an ideal ski-in/ski-out location and is within walking distance of the valley station of the Fleckalm cable car (newly built in 2019) and the downhill run. Both are less than 100 m as the crow flies from the chalet! In less than 10 minutes, the ultra-modern 10-seater gondola lift will take you extremely comfortably to the top of the world-famous ski area of Kitzbühel - Kirchberg, which is also a true hiking and mountain biking paradise. The Fleckalm cable car is one of the main entrances to the ski and hiking area, together with the Hahnenkamm cable car in Kitzbühel. In summer, you can enjoy beautiful cycling and hiking tours through nature. Moreover, several restaurants can be found within walking distance of the chalet.

Electric vehicles can be charged directly on site at a DC fast-charging station (CCS), surrounding towns such as Kitzbühel and Brixen can also be reached quickly.
