This two-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet area of Innsbruck, right next to the Tivoli Stadium, and can accommodate families or groups of up to six people. Thanks to the air conditioning, the apartment remains pleasantly cool even on hot summer days. A highlight is the large sun terrace with its magnificent views of the impressive mountain panorama.
The location is ideal for exploring Innsbruck and Tyrol: Ambras Castle, the Golden Roof, and the Bergisel Ski Jump are all nearby. The Alpine Zoo is about 5 km away, and the Nordkette mountain range with its cable car is about 12 km away. Restaurants and supermarkets are within 2 km.

Parking: The apartment is located in paid parking zone P (Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m., Sat 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.). The daily rate is €9; alternatively, hourly parking is available. Parking spaces are located directly in front of the building. Payment is accepted via coin or the EasyPark app.

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
