For shared use: property 150 m2 with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking. Shop 500 m, supermarket 250 m, restaurant 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Führenwald" 120 m, railway station "Seefeld" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m, ski lift 1.2 km, ski bus stop 400 m, sled run 1.2 km, cross country ski track 400 m. The two apartments are in the front half of the house. 1 parking space per apartment on the property (not suitable for cars with low ground clearance). Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
