General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV and an infrared sauna. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, a shower and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is een baby bath.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

Upstairs, guests will find three tastefully furnished double bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds for a restful stay. A second bathroom with a freestanding bathtub provides the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the alpine surroundings.

Outside, the private terrace with its exclusive sauna and uninterrupted views of the Tyrolean Alps invites you to relax in complete tranquility – the perfect setting to experience nature, comfort, and luxury in every season.

Nestled in the beautiful Leutasch Valley, this alpine location is ideal year-round: in summer, hiking, cycling, and excursions to scenic gorges beckon, while in winter, renowned cross-country ski trails, snowshoeing, and gentle slopes for beginners await. Historic painted houses, the Ganghofer Museum, and the Leutasch Alpine Bath further enhance its charm.

The nearby area features swimming and your holiday home's surroundings features golfing. You can also relax, because near Im Weidach 2 in Innsbruck-Land District you can go to the water.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
