General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV and an infrared sauna. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, a shower and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is een baby bath.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

The generous panoramic windows in the slightly elevated living area, which extends to the upper floor, allow you to enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery from inside the chalet.

Upstairs, there are three tastefully furnished double bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds that guarantee restful nights. A further bathroom with a freestanding bathtub provides additional comfort.

On the private terrace, an exclusive sauna awaits you with breathtaking views of the Tyrolean Alps – the perfect place to fully enjoy peace, nature, and luxury.

Leutasch is an alpine retreat all year round – in summer it invites you to hike and cycle, in winter to cross-country ski, snowshoe hike and downhill ski. Round off your visit with local museums, traditionally painted houses and the relaxing Leutasch Alpine Bath.

On 200 meter of Im Weidach 1 you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 200 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features swimming and your holiday home's surroundings features golfing. You can also relax, because near Im Weidach 1 in Innsbruck-Land District you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
