A washing machine and a freezer are provided. The bathroom has a bath and a WC.

In summer you can go on mountain and meadow hikes or climb 3000-metre peaks. Or you can drive over the passes into neighbouring Italy or Switzerland. There are free guided hikes and hiking buses. In winter you can go snow shoe hiking, cross-country skiing, ski touring or take lifts up to 2800 metres. The Kühtai ski lift is eight minutes away with the free ski busses. The nearest shops are about 5km away.

A bread rolls delivery service and a shopping service are available.
