The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and two televisions. In addition there is a balcony, a barbecue, a fitness equipment, a sauna, a jacuzzi, a table tennis table, a sunbed and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, a toilet, a steam shower and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a coffee maker.

This holiday apartment is located at an altitude of 900 m at the entrance to the Pitztal valley in the Arzl-Wald district, on a sunny and quiet hill with a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment is perfect for two couples, families, and friends looking for a great holiday in a fantastic holiday region.

In winter, the region offers horse-drawn carriage rides, cross-country ski trails, curling, après-ski, racing and deep-snow courses, carving and snowboarding lessons; in summer, mountain bike tours, horseback riding excursions, summer tobogganing, and much more. The area is a great starting point for many beautiful hikes.

The apartment, furnished in Tyrolean country house style and equipped with a balcony, also offers its guests use of the shared wellness area with sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, and solarium, as well as a shared garden with a barbecue. A washing machine with dryer and various games are also available.

An additional person (up to 12 years) is possible in each apartment for an additional charge of € 20.00 per day.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
