Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with hand-basin and shower. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. Heating. Carpet. Balcony. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
