A country house with a beautiful garden - there is an alpine hut with barbecue facilities where you can enjoy your snack in the evening sun. There is also direct access to the garden from the wellness area. Play facilities for children with table tennis table, water toys and much more.
Sufficient parking space is available.

The use of the cable cars in Gerlos and Königsleiten is free of charge for our guests in summer.

The Zillertalarena is the largest ski area in the Zillertal. There are 150 kilometres of pistes from the start in Gerlos to Zell and via Königsleiten to the Gerlosplatte.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
