Our cosy group accommodation is located at 910 metres above sea level in the middle of the Tiroler Lech Nature Park. Due to its natural features, the nature park is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt landscapes in the Alps. You can start cross-country skiing or hiking directly from our front door.
Our house was lovingly renovated in 2011 and offers space for up to 40 people. In our kitchen you will find our absolute favourite piece: the original, old cast-iron cooker has been preserved and spreads a cosy warmth in winter. Listening to the crackling of the fire on the corner bench while enjoying a glass of wine is just as much fun as cooking a delicious meal for the whole group in huge pots. Take your time and immerse yourself in another world, because in the Tiroler Lech Nature Park, the clocks naturally go slower!
The rooms are simply but cosily furnished. Each room has hot running water and most have a shower. Additional showers and toilets can be found in the corridor.
In addition to our large lounge, there is also a cosy farmhouse parlour with TV on the ground floor.
Drinks are available in the house and can be purchased from us. Please bring your own bed linen, sleeping bags and towels/dish towels.
Skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking and cycling tours are right on the doorstep. In summer, many other activities such as canoeing, rafting, canyoning and via ferratas get the adrenalin pumping. Various new via ferratas have been set up in recent years. For those who don't like it quite so adventurous, the Tiefblick climbing forest (Tannheimer Tal, approx. 20 min. drive) is a worthwhile excursion. 8 different high ropes courses from easy to difficult will get your pulse racing. With 2 mega flying fox routes, children will also get their money's worth. Reutte is home to the Alpentherme Ehrenberg thermal spa and Ehrenberg Castle, which is particularly exciting for children to explore.
The local football pitch can be booked as an optional extra.
Hikes
The suspension bridge spanning 75 metres across the Lech is also located near Forchach.
This Lech crossing opens up a wide hiking network west of the river: the beautiful Lech hiking trail or access to the Schwarzwassertal in the direction of the Tannheimer Tal. Two hiking trails also start directly at our house.
Skiing
Many ski areas are located in the immediate vicinity: (Information refers to a journey time by car)
Stanzach (5 min.), Hahnenkamm/Reutte (10 min.), Jöchelspitze/Bach (20 min.), Tannheimer Tal (20 min.), Elbigenalp (15 min.), Lech/Warth (40 min.).
Car park and ski/hiking bus stop next to the house. With the included Lechtal Aktiv Card, the buses are free and you receive discounts on cable cars, (outdoor) pools and many other attractions.
The Lechtal also offers many interesting activities for non-skiers in winter, so you can enjoy the marvellous Alpine panorama while snowshoeing or test your skills at ice skating.
We have 20 different cross-country ski trails with varying degrees of difficulty in the Lech Valley. There are even specially marked winter hiking trails just waiting to be explored by you!
Let yourself be infected by the laisser vivre, where original values still count, in a cosy atmosphere in front of a breathtaking mountain panorama.
Please understand that stag and hen parties and party noise are not welcome here. Experiencing nature and relaxing is what we prioritise.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
