General

The holiday home for 20 persons has ten bathrooms and ten bedrooms and is equipped with eight double beds, two single beds and two single folding beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a garden, a balcony and a terrace. You can park your car on 20 parking lots. The badroom is equipped with four showers, ten toilets, ten washbasins and six baths with showers.

The holiday home has a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there are two cots and three high chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

This unique, detached accommodation is located in the heart of Tyrol, south of the fortress town of Kufstein.

The former hotel is now a spacious holiday home that comfortably accommodates 20 guests, making it ideal for groups, families, and other large parties.

This special property is suitable for a maximum of 20 people and is entirely at your disposal. Your privacy is guaranteed! The very large holiday home (no less than 600 m² of holiday enjoyment) consists of a main building and an annex, all connected internally. The traditional Austrian living rooms (Stuben) are a wonderful place to gather. Outside on the terrace, there is a barbecue, and in the garden, a fire pit.

The ski bus stops almost directly in front of the house and provides free access to Austria's largest ski area, including Ellmau, Westendorf, and Kirchberg. Angerberg is located near the main roads into the Brixental valley. From here, you also have access to one of the largest and most modern ski areas in the world: the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. The ski area is ideal for fantastic ski tours and enjoying the winter wonderland. Even in summer, nature lovers will find themselves right at home, enjoying beautiful hikes and mountain bike tours while taking in the magnificent mountain views. The nearby village of Mariastein is also well worth a visit. It's famous for its snow-white church and chapel. The miraculous image of the Virgin Mary in the Chapel of Grace, which can be reached by climbing many steps, captivates countless pilgrims.

In total, there are no fewer than 10 rooms and bathrooms. Everything is in excellent condition, and for true sauna enthusiasts, there's even a sauna (for 10 people)!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
