Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, electric coffee machine) with 1 double sofabed and dining table. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the swimming pool. Facilities: children's high chair. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. There is a rain shower in the bathroom!
The Aparthotel Iris is in a prime location. Ski-in/ski-out access is possible when snow conditions permit.

In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
