Spa towels and bathrobes are provided in your room for visits to the spa. The bedroom has a cosy double bed with a view over the vineyard. Naturally, the flat is air-conditioned, as the Mediterranean climate in the region means that temperatures can reach 35 degrees in summer. Perfect conditions for a holiday in the vineyard! Large glass fronts and sliding patio doors open from every room onto the private terrace, which is an impressive 50 square metres in size. And offers a wonderful view over the gently sloping vineyards. The vine-covered pergola provides shade, while a seating area and cosy loungers create the perfect conditions for relaxing hours in the midst of nature! The upscale furnishings continue in the fully equipped kitchen, which has a Nespresso machine and an exceptional tea menu as well as everything a holidaymaker's heart desires. Of course, the holiday home also offers satellite TV with ORF reception and free WiFi. Alpine charm meets modern cosiness in the house, warm earthy tones combined with rustic elements and wood create a feel-good atmosphere that invites you to linger. The price includes a breakfast basket, which is delivered every morning.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
