The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a gas fireplace, a TV, a heather and a CD player. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a terrace and a hot tub. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a bath with shower, two toilets, two washbasins and a hairdryer.

For a nostalgic experience, take a ride on the Murtalbahn to Murau or Tamsweg. In winter, the nearby Kreischberg ski area provides exceptional skiing and snowboarding opportunities.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs, including cutlery, cookware, a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and a fridge with freezer compartment. Additional amenities include a toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. A small starter kit with dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid (sample), sponge, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, and a tea towel will be ready upon your arrival. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
