General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, a DVD player, a radio and a gas fireplace. In addition there is a balcony or terrace, a conservatory, a set of garden furniture, a terrace and a jacuzzi. You can park your car on two parking lots. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two washbasins, two toilets and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, an oven and two dishwashers.

This comfortable detached wooden chalet for a maximum of 8 people is located in a chalet village in Stadl an der Mur in Styria. between the Kreischberg and Turracher Höhe ski areas and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The Kreischberg ski area can be reached in just 5 minutes by car, and it is around 15 minutes to the Turracher Höhe ski area.

The chalet offers a beautiful modern living room with a dining table for 8 people as well as a cozy seating area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 with a bathtub with integrated hot tub), winter garden with seating area and a large terrace. You can park directly at the chalet.

The Murau adventure region, surrounded by a breathtaking panorama of the Styrian mountain ranges, offers a total of 7 ski mountains, the most famous being the Kreischberg ski area with a total of 42 kilometers of slopes and 23 ski lifts (in the immediate vicinity of the chalet park), the Lachtal family ski area with 35 kilometers of slopes and the Turracher Höhe ski area 43 kilometers of slopes, with an altitude of up to 2205 meters, one of the most snow-sure ski areas.

The chalet is located approx. 2 km from the village center of Stadl an der Mur with shops and restaurants. The chalet is also 15 km from the historic town center of Murau and the Murau golf course, in one of the sunniest and most untouched areas in Austria.

In summer, the Stadl leisure facility directly in Stadl an der Mur with a 7000 m2 swimming lake, or the outdoor pool in Murau offer lots of bathing fun!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
