The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed, two double beds and two doubter beds. Murau is 5 min by car, offering shopping, a swimming pool, and the popular Murtal cycle path. The Murtalbahn station is just 200 m away, convenient for excursions or ski bus access. A golf course and riding stable lie within 1 km, and bread delivery can be arranged on site.

In summer, enjoy swimming at St. Lorenzen’s outdoor pool, Murau’s natural swimming pool, or Stadl an der Mur’s 7,000 m² lake. This chalet is ideal for a peaceful holiday in both winter and summer.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
