General

The holiday home for 11 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds and two double sofa beds. The holiday home is equipped with five televisions, a heather and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a barbecue, a sauna, a terrace, a hot tub and a sandbox. You can park your car on three parkings. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, three showers, four washbasins and three toilets.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is toys and there are two high chairs and two cots.

As a result, even in high season, you'll drive towards your holiday traffic jam-free! The accommodation in Donnersbachwald is located on a gentle slope with breathtaking views. With its fantastic location near the Riesneralm valley station, the park offers direct access to nature and a babbling brook.

The Austrian winter transforms the area into a fairyland with two snow-sure ski areas, Riesneralm and Planneralm, together accounting for 50 km of slopes. For families, the child-friendly Riesneralm is ideal. Looking for variety? Try the natural toboggan run or cross-country trails close to the chalet.

Summer reveals a different kind of magic with various hiking trails, mountain huts, the challenging 5-Gipfelweg, 3D archery, the E-Enduro Bikepark and fly-fishing. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the unique Gipfel pool, at 1900 metres above sea level, and admire the 360-degree view there. Mountain lakes and streams will cool you down on hot summer days. Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

The deposit is at least 35% of the total travel sum and optional insurances. The remaining amount must be paid no later than six weeks before departure. In case of departure within six weeks, the amount must be paid at once.
