The holiday home "Thomizil Eichberg" is a modernly furnished house with a subtle larch shingle roof and facade. With its expansive, south-facing windows, the house nestles gracefully into the hillside of the Eichberg.

Our guests have approximately 100 m² of living space available over two floors. This includes a spacious outdoor lounge, a private stainless steel infinity pool, a covered jacuzzi, and a Finnish sauna for your exclusive use.

Upstairs, you'll find a generously sized and well-equipped kitchen with a dining table and a sunny breakfast terrace. The kitchen also provides access to the bedroom with an en-suite shower room. A guest toilet is located next to the small cloakroom in the entrance area.

Downstairs, a spacious and cozy living room awaits you, along with a wellness area featuring a Finnish sauna and relaxation room.

From the Finnish sauna, you can enjoy panoramic views of the private garden.

Upstairs, a panoramic window offers a view of the private garden. Outside, you'll find a year-round heated and covered jacuzzi, perfect for a relaxing water massage.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
