The Landhaus am Bach is located on the edge of the idyllic market town of Übelbach, just 20 minutes by car from Graz. You can cater for yourself in the spacious flats. The local supermarket "Nah und Frisch" is located at the beginning of the village about 1km away. The "Schinnerl am Münzlmoarhof" farm shop with products from our local farmers is just a 2-minute walk away, but if you want to go shopping, we recommend the beautiful cultural capital of Graz. A special hit are the beautiful outdoor facilities around the entire house, which you as a guest are of course welcome to use. We have our own car park with plenty of free parking spaces. On request, bicycles or motorbikes can be stored in the locked garage.The flat with balcony is located on the 1st floor and is 36m2 in size. It has a hallway with wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and adjoining living area with sofa, for a third person or child.
