The "Schinnerl am Münzlmoarhof" farm shop with products from our local farmers is just a 2-minute walk away, but if you want to go shopping, we recommend the beautiful cultural capital of Graz. A special hit are the beautiful outdoor facilities around the entire house, which you as a guest are of course welcome to use. We have our own car park with plenty of free parking spaces. On request, bicycles or motorbikes can be stored in the locked garage.The flat is located on the 1st floor and is 36m2 in size. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
